HOW TO SHOP
guide to shopping and placing orders
Welcome to CHROMHA! Follow these simple steps to shop and place orders with ease:
1. Browse Our Collection
Homepage: Start on our homepage where you can see our new arrivals, view all and use the filter to show preferred result. Use the Menu to browse between menswear and womenswear.
Categories: Shop from categories like sneakers, tops & dresses, slides and more.
Search: Use the search bar at the top of the page to find specific items.
2. Select Your Items
Product Page: Click on any item to see more details, including multiple images and descriptions.
Size: Each product page includes a size to help you find the perfect fit. You can find that in the additional information/item description.
Add to Cart: Once you’ve made your selections, click the “Add to Cart” button.
3. Review Your Cart
View Cart: Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page to view your selected items.
Edit Items: Here, you can adjust quantities, remove items, or return to shopping for more items.
4. Proceed to Checkout
Checkout Button: When you’re ready, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
If you’re a returning customer, sign in with your account details. New customers can create an account or checkout as a guest.
Enter Shipping Information: Provide your shipping address and choose your preferred shipping method.
Helpful: You can copy your street address from google map and paste to your address for much more faster delivery
Take advantage of using landmarks to make your delivery faster, such as hospital, school, church, pharmacy and more. Type it at the section that says “+add apartment, suite, etc”
5. Payment
Payment Method: Mobile Money Payment
Billing Address: Confirm your billing address, which can be the same as your shipping address.
Review Order: Double-check all details to ensure accuracy before proceeding.
6. Place Your Order
Submit Order: Click on the “Place Order” button to complete your purchase. Payment page will load up and make your payment with mobile money wallet.
Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details, you should check your spam folder for any email delays.
7. Your Order Status
Stay updated on your order status through your dashboard. Simply head over to your dashboard, head over to orders to view their status.
